What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. You won’t be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order any time using our Track Your Order page.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to return your item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (customer remorse)
  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the incorrect item

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is fully covered by us.
  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size or changed mind), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Custom/personalized items – Not eligible for return or exchange
  • Hygiene products (e.g., compression wear) – Must be unopened and unused in original packaging
